1. Check that all transport elements have been removed. For some models, a tab/hopper must be removed. Make sure it is removed if necessary. 2. Clean the print head using the printer maintenance tool (refer to the printer user manual). If the first cleaning is not satisfactory, we recommend waiting 1 hour and then starting a second cleaning. This rest period will make the cleaning more effective. If after 3 cleanings the quality has still not improved, then the cartridge should be considered defective. If these actions do not correct the problem, it is necessary to have the cartridge replaced.
